Personal brand development and logo designs for Giovanni the Barber. I was referred to Giovanni, a Los Angeles-based barber, by a mutual acquaintance. As lead brand strategist and graphic designer, we embarked on a month-long process to create his brand. I designed a brand strategy that led into the development of his moodboard, based on my research from our 1:1 meetings and vintage finds from my current living area, Cecil County, M.D. We captured Gio's vision, quoting his brand as, "from the dirt but with class" with a vintage-sailor jerry-barber shop aesthetic. Despite a promising start, a blooming friendship, and final concept designs, Gio unexpectedly ceased all communication. Multiple attempts to reach out were unsuccessful, which has left his brand, regrettably, incomplete.​​​​​​​
