Based on a diner located in downtown LA known as "The Nickel Diner," this was to be a web design project for my Web Design II class. The moodboard designs were loosely based on the 1974 movie, "The Front Page," downtown LA nightlife, and the 1950s diner-era. I enjoyed when our professor told us to get as detailed as we wanted to, to make it our own website, as if we were to be commissioned to design one for a small business. My favorite part of this process was the wire framing: so intricate, and sparked my curiosity with looking more into grid design and layouts.
