A personal illustration I wanted to make. I thought that Eminem's portion of the song, Patiently Waiting was a great lead up to the rest of the song. Given this portion of the rap, I wanted to draw Eminem and animate him lip-syncing to his part. The contrast between the red background, with that of the grayscale portrait, I believe creates a moody piece. The falling pieces of paper in the background are previously used elements from another fan piece I made a while ago. I thought because Eminem was known to write his work out on napkins & scraps of paper when working in low-level income jobs.
