As one of nine designers selected for a four month global rebranding process, I helped build an authentic and culturally relevant identity for YouTube Music. The objective was to showcase the platform's worldwide music coverage and deeply connect with a new generation.
Working within the established design system, I intentionally crafted short animations prioritizing the featured artists. Applying my philosophy of empathy and visual clarity, I prevented viewer fatigue by utilizing a modular grid layout. This approach relied on simplicity and familiarity to create moving posters that immediately captivated audiences and drove deep engagement.
